A: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

The artwork you receive will follow the same subject, style, and overall visual direction shown in the product photos, but it may not be exactly identical in every detail.
Will the artwork look exactly like the product photos?
Each artwork is carefully made to follow the subject, style, and overall visual direction shown in the product photos. However, because the artwork is hand-painted, small differences in tone, brushwork, line detail, texture, and finish should be expected.
Product photos are provided to represent the design, theme, and overall appearance of the artwork. Slight variations are not defects. They are part of the natural character of handmade pieces.

What is included with my order?
Your order includes the selected AURESTAR artwork and protective packaging for safe delivery.
Frames, display stands, wall hooks, incense, cushions, plants, lighting, books, or other decorative props shown in lifestyle images are not included unless they are clearly listed on the product page.
Lifestyle images are provided to show possible styling ideas and display inspiration. Please review the product description carefully before placing your order. If an accessory is included, it will be specifically mentioned in the “What Is Included” section.

Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Order processing usually takes 3–7 business days.
For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, Free Standard Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days after shipment. Expedited Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after shipment when available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, carrier conditions, holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or address-related delivery issues.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. AURESTAR offers Free Standard Shipping for eligible products shipped within the contiguous United States.
At this time, shipping may not be available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, islands, remote areas, or other non-contiguous destinations. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. AURESTAR is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional carrier charges, or extra shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and original packaging.
For eligible customer-preference returns, AURESTAR may provide a return shipping label or return shipping instructions. A 15% return handling and restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. This fee helps cover return shipping support, inspection, repackaging, restocking, and customer service processing.
This fee does not apply if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return request. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items that are used, damaged, altered, or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

How should I care for the artwork?
To help preserve your artwork, keep it away from direct sunlight, water, high humidity, smoke, and extreme temperature changes. Avoid placing it near bathrooms, kitchens, fireplaces, heaters, humidifiers, or windows with strong sun exposure.
For regular care, gently remove dust with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Do not use water, alcohol, chemical cleaners, wet wipes, or abrasive materials on the painted surface.
Handle the artwork with clean, dry hands and avoid bending, pressing, or rubbing the painted area. If you plan to frame the artwork, we recommend using a protective frame or professional framing service.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier. If your tracking information has not updated immediately, please check again later.
