Standard Shipping takes approximately 7–15 business days after shipment. Standard shipping is $25 for orders under $99, and free for orders of $99 or more.

Expedited Shipping takes approximately 5–10 business days after shipment and is available for $139.99.

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently offer standard website checkout shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible customer-preference returns.

Craftsmanship varies by product. Most AURESTAR thangka artworks, including our mini thangka pendants, feature hand-painted artwork created by skilled artisans using traditional thangka painting techniques. Our Appliqué Thangka artworks are created using textile appliqué craftsmanship rather than hand painting. Please refer to the product description and specifications on this page for the specific craftsmanship of this item.

To help preserve your artwork, keep it away from direct sunlight, water, high humidity, smoke, and extreme temperature changes. Avoid placing it near bathrooms, kitchens, fireplaces, heaters, humidifiers, or windows with strong sun exposure.

For regular care, gently remove dust with a soft, clean, dry cloth. Do not use water, alcohol, chemical cleaners, wet wipes, or abrasive materials on the painted surface.

Handle the artwork with clean, dry hands and avoid bending, pressing, or rubbing the painted area. If you plan to frame the artwork, we recommend using a protective frame or professional framing service.
